Job Qualifications

Educate the team and customer about the product
Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit. Overall, build a pipeline of prospects using Direct Sales channel.
Cross sell and up sell Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.
Activation of Maximize and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximize
Acts as a point of contact for the resolution of customer escalations, enquiries and complaints from external and internal customers.
Need to be approachable and supportive towards the team. Also should have the ability to motivate the team in a right way to get the targets met.
Customer Servicing
Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
